Nicole M. Burke

As an attorney in the firm’s Business and Taxation group, Nicole’s practice focuses on assisting businesses and business owners with a variety of legal needs. She often works on business entity formation and maintenance, contract review, purchase and sale transactions, and intellectual property matters. Nicole is also a member of the Dental industry group at Saalfeld Griggs. Nicole draws on her background working in a dental practice and insurance group to assist dentists as their practices grow and change.

Nicole has watched numerous friends and family members struggle as they attempt the entrepreneurial life without the assistance of legal counsel. These experiences have made Nicole passionate about bolstering her clients’ success, including through the avoidance of pitfalls and unnecessary risks.

While attending Lewis & Clark Law School, Nicole worked at the Oregon Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon, and the Oregon Medical Board.
