About Mark

Mark is a shareholder in the firm’s Real Estate and Land Use practice group. His practice includes advising clients in all aspects related to real estate transactions and representing developers and landowners on land use entitlements. He is AV Preeminent Peer Review Rated with Martindale-Hubbel®.

Mark counsels private and public property owners in sales and acquisitions, leasing and developing their property.

Land Use Law

Mark represents private and public sector clients in the permitting and developing of industrial, commercial, residential, and agricultural projects. 

Professional Activities

Mark is a member of the Real Estate and Land Use section of the Oregon State Bar Association. He has served on the Board of Directors for Salem Area Chamber of Commerce (Past President) and on the Board of Directors and past Chair for the Strategic Economic Development Corporation (SEDCOR).
