The Development Services Group serves the needs of Northwest businesses and entrepreneurs through all phases of development. Lawyers in this group represent clients in the acquisition of properties, including business formation and due diligence review, obtaining land use entitlements, reviewing and negotiating loan agreements, forming and maintaining business entities, serving as legal counsel throughout the life of the business, and representing the business and its owners in sales and dispostions. The Development Services Group works with businesses and business owners within the Northwest’s most prominent industries, including agriculture, wood products, manufacturing, commercial retail, medical offices, and traditional and affordable housing.
