Law Clerk

We are accepting applications for a Law Clerk to work full time during the summer of 2025 starting at an hourly rate of $22.00 depending on experience. 1L and 2L candidates in good standing are encouraged to apply. 3L candidates are encouraged to apply for our associate positions. The clerkship program will begin in May of 2025 and conclude after a ten-week period, at which time more opportunities may be possible.

Our practice areas include: Business Law & Taxation, Estate Planning & Administration, Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation, Employment Law, Creditors’ Rights & Bankruptcy, Litigation and Real Estate & Land Use. Our law clerk program aims to provide law students with real world legal experience in all the firm’s practice areas, including analysis of complex legal matters, research, and drafting.

Cover letter, resume, writing sample, list of individuals willing to provide a reference, and transcript may be sent to Laura Pike at hr@sglaw.com no later than January 23, 2025, by 5:00 p.m. PST.  If transcripts are not available, candidates should state when transcripts will be provided and provide such transcription immediately upon publication.
