Sara L. Poehler

Sara Poehler is a probate and trust administration paralegal in our Estate Planning practice group. Sara is the first to take the call when someone passes away. If the client had a trust, Sara walks them through the trust administration process and set up a meeting with the attorney. If the estate requires an estate tax return, she contacts the client periodically to obtain the needed information for the estate tax return. If it is a probate client, Sara walks the client through the probate process and sets up a meeting with the attorney. Sara drafts the initial probate and trust administration documents for attorney review, files probate and trust pleadings with the court, and informs the attorneys on the status of the after-death matters.

Off the Job

When not at work, Sara can be found hiking in local forests, camping, and going to the beach. She enjoys spending time with her family. During the springtime, Sara enjoys watching the bears at Katmai National Park on the Explore.org bear cams.
