About Rachel

Rachel is an associate attorney in Saalfeld Grigg’s Real Estate and Land Use practice group. She assists clients in land use matters such as comprehensive plan map amendments, zone changes, property line adjustments, conditional use permits, site plan reviews, and variance applications. She also assists with real estate transactions such as acquisitions, sales, and leases of land and buildings.

Rachel attended Lewis & Clark Law School. While in law school, she maintained a full-time job at a boutique IP firm while attending classes part-time in the evening program. She externed for Judge Robyn Ridler Aoyagi on the Oregon Court of Appeals, served as a Lead Article Editor on the Lewis & Clark Law Review, and participated in the 2025 Philip C. Jessup Moot Court Competition. She was also a research Assistant to Professor John T. Parry and served as the 2024-25 International Research Fellow. She was inducted into the Cornelius Honor Society in 2025.

Off the Job

Rachel grew up in Sacramento, California. She enjoys reading books, buying books, and talking about books. When she is not reading or browsing Barnes & Noble, she enjoys trying new restaurants, spending time with friends, and being at home with her partner and pets.
