About Lani

Lani is an associate attorney in the Business and Taxation practice group, focusing on business formation and transactions.

Lani received her law degree from Willamette University College of Law. During law school, Lani clerked at the Oregon Department of Justice Appellate Division where she argued before the Oregon Court of Appeals four times. Additionally, Lani worked as a civil procedure research assistant, aiding in researching and editing articles published in various law review publications.

Off the Job

Lani grew up in California on the Monterey Bay, which nurtured her love of coastlines everywhere. She loves exploring Oregon’s beaches and historic lighthouses with her husband and senior dachshund mix in her free time. Lani also loves going to the Oregon Symphony, especially when they play Tchaikovsky’s Symphony No. 5.
