About Krista

Krista Tate is a paralegal in the Litigation and Creditor’s Rights practice groups. Krista has extensive experience helping creditors in bankruptcies, litigation, loan documentation, and collections, and real property foreclosures. In 2008 and 2009 during the housing crisis, she assisted her attorney’s lender clients with an extensive caseload of hundreds of non-judicial real property foreclosures. She has been working in the legal field for over 17 years.

Off the Job

Krista enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, traveling with her daughter and enjoying her teen years, exploring local parks (rain or shine!) with her rescued senior dog, Xena, and occasionally participating in her favorite activity: Goat Yoga!
