Hannah P. Dougherty

Hannah Dougherty is an associate attorney in the Estate Planning practice group at Saalfeld Griggs. Her practice focuses on estate planning, probate, and estate and trust administration. Through her practice, Hannah enjoys hearing each client’s personal story and how their life experiences ultimately shape their estate planning goals. She aims to provide clients peace of mind with an organized, well-thought-out estate plan or a clear explanation of next steps during the challenging time of losing a loved one.
Hannah earned her J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law, where she served as a legal research and writing tutor and was a business law fellow. While in law school, she gained experience while clerking for the Oregon Department of Justice and a general practice firm in Eugene.
Before becoming an attorney, Hannah worked as a journalist and TV news reporter. Her journalism background sharpened the writing and research skills she now brings to her legal practice.

Outside the Office

In her free time, you can find Hannah running, skiing, biking, and hiking – anything outdoors! She also loves spending time with her family and friends, her husband Brian, and goldendoodle, Ruby.
