About Gizem

Gizem Demirel is an associate attorney in Saalfeld Grigg’s Business group. She has broad experience in various commercial and technology contracts, including SaaS agreements, NDAs, joint ventures, and vendor and supply agreements. Gizem assisted her clients in different industries with regulatory compliance for their privacy, intellectual property, and international commerce practices. Before moving to Oregon, she worked as an attorney at several law firms and as an in-house counsel at an international company for about 7 years in Istanbul, Türkiye.
