About Bryce

Bryce is an associate attorney in the Real Estate & Land Use group. He assists individuals and entities with a variety of real estate and land use matters including acquisitions, sales, leases, easements, conditional use permits, land divisions, property line adjustments, variances, zone changes, land use applications, and land use appeals.

Bryce enjoys helping clients understand complex regulations as they move their projects toward the finish line. He appreciates the importance of small details in real estate and land use law and likes helping others achieve their goals in the most efficient way possible.

Bryce attended Drake University Law School in Des Moines, Iowa, where he focused on transactional law. In law school, Bryce worked at several law firms helping clients with estate planning and real estate matters. He also worked as a research assistant for Adjunct Professor Kathy Law, who taught his favorite class – real estate transactions!

Prior to becoming an attorney, Bryce worked as a legal and compliance analyst at a global investment management firm and as a police officer for the Portland Police Bureau.

Off the Job

Bryce grew up in Carson City, Nevada and lived in multiple states across the East Coast and the Midwest before settling in Oregon. Although he has been lucky enough to live in different regions of the U.S., Bryce thinks the Pacific Northwest is the best (he is, of course, not biased).

In his spare time, Bryce enjoys spending time with his wife, Haley, and their calico cat, Luna. He also enjoys watching documentaries, reading nonfiction books, running (slowly), hiking (slowly), and eating delicious seafood on the Oregon Coast (not as slowly).
