Brenda Collette

Brenda Collette is a paralegal in our Estate Planning practice group. She works closely with attorneys by assisting clients through the appropriate administrative process following death or incapacity. This includes working with trustees and personal representatives during the trust administration or probate process. Brenda understands that the death of a loved one is generally a difficult and emotional time, which is suddenly filled with new and unfamiliar responsibilities. She strives to work as the conduit between the attorneys and clients to help provide a smooth and uncomplicated experience.

Off the Job

Brenda’s family includes her two sons, three grandchildren, two cats, two 75 lb. dogs, and six laying chickens. She enjoys spending time tinkering with DIY projects on her home and property. Brenda also enjoys any outdoor activity that involves spending time with friends and family including trips to the High Desert Museum and the lakes and trails around her home. Most recently she purchased a kayak and snowshoes.
