Allison H. Grice

Allison Grice is a paralegal in the Business & Taxation practice group. She guides clients through the steps of the business or practice transaction process, including document preparation, entity formation, closing process and collaboration with other involved parties (lender, broker, landlord, CPA, escrow, opposing counsel). She also assists the corporate and business attorneys in sales and acquisitions, entity formation and maintenance, leases, real property transactions, mergers and stock transfers.

Off the Job

Outside of the office, Allison enjoys spending time with her husband, Tony, and children, Alex and Ava. She loves taking long walks, cooking new recipes, and traveling with family and loved ones throughout the Northwest and beyond.
