Elise M. Koletar

Elise Koletar is an associate attorney in Saalfeld Griggs’ Employment Law and Litigation Groups. She advises employers on a range of workplace matters, including drafting employee handbooks, employment agreements, and compliance strategies. Elise also assists clients in employment disputes and other civil matters. She is driven by a passion for advocacy and enjoys using her skills to both resolve and prevent problems.
Elise received her law degree from Willamette University College of Law. During law school, Elise served as a judicial extern for Judge Hellman at the Oregon Court of Appeals, gaining valuable insight into the judicial process.

Off the Job

Elise grew up here in Salem, Oregon, and is proud to still call it home. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, baking, and tackling creative home projects. She loves getting outside, whether it’s scuba diving (admittedly in spots a little closer to the equator), snowboarding, or exploring new local spots with friends and family.
