Sarah J. Holmes is an associate attorney in the Saalfeld Griggs’ litigation practice group. Sarah works with clients on all types of business-related litigation, with an emphasis on real property disputes and employer defense work.
As someone who grew up in Salem, Sarah is passionate about helping local businesses through the challenges of litigation. Sarah enjoys getting to know clients and understanding their needs so she can better help them achieve their goals.
Sarah received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland University College while living in Okinawa, Japan with her husband while he served in the United States Marine Corps. She then graduated from Willamette University’s College of Law where she served on the Student Bar Association. She also worked at Willamette’s Business Law Clinic assisting nonprofit organizations with entity formation, contract drafting and review, and board training.

Off the Job
Sarah spends her free time with her husband and three kids. She has a passion for traveling and experiencing different cultures. Sarah loves to read a good book, go hiking and she enjoys “pizza movie nights” with her family.
