Erin N. Milos

As an associate in the firm’s Estate Planning group, Erin’s practice is primarily focused on estate planning, business succession planning, trust administration, estate tax preparation, and probate law. Erin is also an active member of the firm’s Agri-Business industry group.

Erin is passionate about supporting people through difficult situations, whether that be planning for incapacity and death, or dealing with the administration of a loved one’s trust or estate. Erin enjoys walking clients through the process of estate planning, discussing options for an estate plan, and assisting clients in making decisions about family difficulties, business succession, and disposition of assets.

Erin grew up in a small Oregon farming community, which enables her to understand and connect with farm families and entrepreneurs who seek her counsel in planning for the transition of the family farm or business. In addition to the legal side of the practice, Erin takes pleasure in connecting with clients and helping to ease some of the stress and burden that often comes along with estate planning, business succession and trust and estate administration.

Erin earned her law degree, graduating cum laude, and an MBA from Willamette University. During school, Erin served on the Student Bar Association and as editor of and writer for Willamette Law Online, the law school’s Oregon Court of Appeals and Oregon Supreme Court case summary service. Erin serves as a board member for CASA of Marion County and on a board committee for Family Building Blocks, two non-profits dedicated to helping children in the Willamette Valley area.
